I think I finally understand "You're gonna carry that weight." from the end of #CowboyBebop. "A soldier whose buddy died on the battlefield did not fire the bullet or plant the IED but guilt may grab hold of him or her, even so." Maybe Spike wasn't a soldier, but there it is.
