      Got official letter I lost my job due to the pandemic yesterday. My son needs occupational, speech, ABA, and music therapy. Medicaid isn’t accepted at his current facility, and all the facilities that take Medicaid have 6 mo waits or longer. He can’t wait that long.

      I’ve actually contacted my fed reps, @Andy_Levin & @GaryPeters. Mr. Levin responded promptly. Haven’t heard back from Mr. Peters office. @MalloryMcMorrow contacted me via phone call personally &listened to me even thru my tears, &said she contacted @GovWhitmer s office 4 me alsopic.twitter.com/Eu4qc0BEZo

      I just hope for a resolution soon, as I’ve done everything I can do on my end. I believe @GovWhitmer did the right thing as a whole- my son had a different strain of Coronavirus (Coronavirus HKU1),&was hospitalized. If the feds had helped our state more,I might not b in this mess

      UIA contacted me on Tues @ 9:05am, &the rep said that I’d have my unemployment money, including everything backdated to March, by yesterday- today @ the latest. I haven’t received anything still tho. Very disappointed. Thought I finally reached a resolution.

      Also found out today I need lab work done to test for blood disorders &possible leukemia. I don’t have the money to do that tho. I will just have to keep praying that things will come thru. At least my son is making progress w/ his ASD, &my daughter is healthy. C’est la vie
