I don’t think so, but know a lot of people who fake attempted suicide.

Dude literally when I broke up with my ex he pretended as if he was going to walk into oncoming traffic like honestly what is wrong with people. Jokes on him because I called the cops and he was sent to an inpatient mental facility for several days and was put on suicide watch

I knew a guy that faked not only a pregnancy but an entire pregnant woman. Trainee skipped work because his sister was in labour and he needed to be there ,we later discovered he had only one sibling an eight year old brother
