Machine learning technology will help identify made for kids content, as defined by the FTC (see D1 of their FAQs for more: https://ftc.gov/tips-advice/business-center/guidance/complying-coppa-frequently-asked-questions …). Since creators know their videos & target audience best, they’ll also be required to self designate videos as made for kids.

"Machine learning technology" hasn’t been very accurate in the past when applied to videos for other reasons. Will we get advance notice before January which videos the ‘machines’ are classifying as affected?
