I prefer the old black and Red ball, I understand you were trying to go more traditional with the brown ball but for me the colour scheme you have used looks already dated. If anything the old footballs were one the of the positives from the old defunct league.

The new ball has X-pebbling on it, it makes it easier to grab and feel nicer as well. Also makes 1 handed catches make able at a higher rate. The X on the tips are really noticeable and I could track it easier especially during night time under the lights.
