One of the few rule changes I’m not sold on is the 1 foot because I feel it’s a lot easier that way but it’s to promote scoring so I guess it makes sense

Gotta remember this isn't the NFL and while it is based on the NFL the rules aren't all going to be the same. Having just 1 body part land in bounds to determine a catch removes the doubt of whether the player was really in bounds or not. Did 1 body part touch in bounds? Ok good.
