I like all of these except the “one foot in bounds meaning a valid catch.” This just seems wrong. If you have a foot out of bounds you’re out, I thought that was general football. Just seems like you’re making the exclusive Wide Receiver Position more accessible, unnecessary.

I don't think it means what you think it means. One foot meaning the same as in college, you still have to be in bounds but if your second foot hits out after you catch the ball and get a foot in, then it's a catch.
