I’m trying to remain excited for the XFL, but with no teams, I’m having a hard time. They said fall, and we have about 5 weeks left of fall.

The word is December on team announcements. People have to keep in mind, the XFL launches in 2020, still plenty of time. The AAF has 3 months until launch.

If you’re not targeting high school players then you’re doing it wrong. Imagine ESPN having to cover a 5 star player picking up a XFL hat over a Bama or Clemson hat...

Oliver Luck just addressed this in an interview on ogpodcasts. I think that there is a possibility that the XFL doesn’t adhere to the 3 years out of high school rule that the nfl has. It’s possible that high school but more likely 1 or 2 year college players go to the XFL.

25 seconds is great. Can't wait for you're other rule changes. Maybe 12 or 13 minute quarters.

12 minute quarters would be great. I think the league’s goal is to have 80 to 85 offensive plays per game. Shorter play clock will do that.
