Designing a brand new environment this month. All infrastructure upgraded to @Citrix 1903, FSLogix and WEM (No UPM). Logon time reported by Director is 7 seconds. What are you waiting for?

Sounds very much like the design I put forward last year. It's better today with new 1903 features and free fslogix. Now if management would just listen...

How are you handling default profile (I.e. First login) for FSLogix? Modify built in default profile on image? Redirect off (if so, how), build via GPO/GPP at first login? Something else?

i have a brand new environment with 7.1903, FSlogix Server 2019 and average is around 16 to 26, still not enough working with the new farm. all on hyper-v and with pvs. no wem.

The key here is fast storage, cut UPM and use WEM
