    They do hard labor. They deserve better, not just in pay and benefits but for many of them, also in legal standing. They shouldn't be afraid to come forward for crimes against them or to seek medical attention for fear of losing their job or getting deported.

    (2/2) When a woman is emotional, she’s “hysterical” and she’s penalized for it. When a man does the same, he’s “outspoken” & and there are no repercussions. Thank you, , for calling out this double standard. More voices are needed to do the same.
