Thank you! May I ask for something? At this point, if you Frankenstein your Ps3 with a 40nm GPU, OtherOS is not available. Is it possible to make OtherOS available for all GPUs? I quote user RIP Felix on the issue:
Each RSX has a ROM revision and it's checked against minimum version during boot. If the RSX ROM revision is too low for that system firmware, it'll say "RSX ROM abort" in the southbridge UART diagnostic. CXD5300 is the earliest 40nm RSX model and can go the lowest, because it
has the oldest rom revision (for the 40nm models). Not sure how low you can go. Same goes for most RSXs. Each model revision has a different rom and can be supported by a different FW
A CFW can be updated to support all RSX rom revisions.
