what do you eat for dinner and stuff? so many times i find myself not eating because I don't know what to make myself, especially if it takes too long. im too used to just buying food at my college that I don't know how to actually make any meals for myself.

My favourite bachelor meal I still make to this day. Tuna Pasta. Ingredients = 500g pasta, 400-500g tuna, 300ml cream or thickened cream, ~200gm tomato paste, 1 large red onion, 200gm mushrooms (optional). 1) Put pasta on to boil. 2) chop onion and mushrooms
3) fry onions and mushrooms till browned. 4) add cream and tomato paste. 5) simmer for 2 -10 minutes 6) eat

so you just toss the cream/tomato paste onto the fried veggies to heat, yes? this seems easy, tho i'd probably use a different protein

yep. Tuna's awesome but can easily be chicken or whatever.
