Yeah that opening or my air superiority opening from spawning tool are both friendlier for inconsistent reaper control. 2 reaper hellion is still safe just the reaper hellion doesn't get much utility if you don't control them nicely.

Can you win with 2 reaper helion against 2 cyclones reaper ?

Yeah you get a cyclone right after the hellion so it pops just after they get to your base on short maps. Good chance of getting kills on the reapers before that or doing grwat backstab dmg with 1 reaper at same time

The 2x cyclone is not really macro :p Most of the game will end very quickly. If your opponent went macro and you did enough dammage, you can go macro from there but at our lvl this will not be the norm.
