I’ve been becoming more and more aware of when no gender is given for a situation, people default to “he/him” SUPER prevalent in gaming. “He’s going DT.” “Oh he dropped his anchor.” “Man he’s got good aim.” I try to use they/them but now noticing this in others... jarring.

They sounds wrong in many circumstances but shpuld use player name more, its just "he/she" rolls off the tongue way easier
I've been thinking about this for a while and struggled really hard to change it when i tried once or twice but i suppose player name is the key to it sound good
