So I just used the @Twitch "email all my subscribers" option (revenue tab in dashboard). I've checked my email and don't see it (it should send to me too). Now that the Twitch Messaging inbox is gone, does this function just do nothing now?

Yes, connecting Discord with Twitch and you have the option to do "sub only channel" there where you can just drop the replay packs
