Twitch messages are so useful, being able to send out messages to subs, contact people for information / questions outside of being spammed by whispers etc. Why on earth would you remove this feature, just because they are too lazy to update it and make it more user friendly?

But where do they go instead? The other options just seem more tedious than the inbox
Direct email might be good. As long as doesn't get caught in peoples promotions tab etc

I believe they are replacing it with email, which is great, for all of your subs only
All it would have taken for this to be a most used feature would be to include a notification when you get a message...?
