Developing new good habits makes it easier to take the negative in stride. I find the more of a routine i get, the more my brain is relaxed and takes stock of all the positive stuff in my life. Play bad, struggle to commentate? Just calmly find a way to improve tomorrow.

Some days you just aren't at 100% and its easy to tunnel vision on the negativity, but I'm learning to take a step back and see all the positive things I'm doing well, pat myself on the back and go about that neverending journey od improvement

I use it, havent in a long time, tried to stretch and a mellow work out in the mornings to try to set the pace for the day.

As long as its habit it takes 0 effort because its mindless execution, best life hack i realised lately. Latest one for me is exercise right after my stream, no thought, just get changed and go run. Is great so far, gotta keep it going till its fully automated
