For 99% of my life I've been mega disorganised. Now i have a list i work through every day and update for the next. Despite neverending work to do the stress barely registers these days. Maybe i shoulda got onto this earlier? Better late than never :D

Haha i have a list for each day of the week and i plan it out a few days ahead and shift things down that dont get done. And another giant to do list below, that i draw from when theres spare space to get shit done
