They are lovely nerfs because no one likes the random losses to 1 oracle but it doesn't really address the real issue in TvP

cool, do you think reverting the widow mine change would be much more significant? I think it would be a great start, but I guess chrono nerf to double duration, half speed is also something we should get sooner rather than later, agree?
