I think it's to fast but the changes are okay except It range being the same as Siege Tanks which makes them pretty much useless against any good Mech player.

Infested Terran at 7 range. Using the infestor even against an unsieged Army is a risk. And against a sieged army they have to get way to close aswell. Ghost also have an more easy time now.
