A first step of changing TvP to the better would be to make the barracks the requirement for the missile turret, and reverting the wm change.
The wm got indirectly nerfed through the chronoboost being able to push out an Oracle or a Observer. Right now TvP is insane. @StarCraft

Played zvps on test maps, as well as watched T get destroyed by protoss. I think chrono should be an small upgrade after gate. Like z and t.
