I think the radius is the biggest issue, Stalkers are already quite good early on and you need some tech before a third, which is fine.

If you buff the healing/rate too much, protoss just stays the same as they are now, with greedy thirds & SB/cannon defense in main & third.

What if they link batteries that are in range of each other? So if they are in range they can pool energy.
