My primitive monkey brain wonders why you don't just do both at once?
I really prefer range ups immediately or after 1 melee here, esp since no bane drops. Thoughts? #GSLvsTheWorld

Like, I kinda get that Zerg aggression has to be sharply timed to get properly underneath Protoss, but c'mon upgrades rule.

+2 is still really good against the army

Hmm i feel like the banes are less reliable than the hydras as damage dealers. Banes always force p to storm them and always get some hits

I typically have very few hydras in my army and have a mostly ling bane force for the supply efficiency. Also bane drops OP against no SG

I thought +2 melee was mostly for drops anyway, so yeah I see how range would be better in that case. Banes rarely connect anyway, no?
