Massive BW noob wants to play some games, should I play on fish? Do I just join a random custom game? is there some rating system?

imo a better option might be BW 1.18 now that its out, just play some 1v1s and start looking up TL strats
meh strats are for plebs I've watched enough bw to know what units do. I just need to learn how to build shit with terrible hotkeys lol
