You could monitor your GPU With GPUZ (a free software) You'll see if your graphic card is overloaded or not ;)
yeah checked everything then re-tried vsync fix and it magically worked after weeks of torture. FML

on vsync.To tell video card to draw as many frames as possible then wonder why can't stream? Funny the sc2 vsync didn't
