OMFG THE NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL VSYNC FIX WORKED!? I tried it before and it made my fps even lower, randomly tried it again and its good. FML
WEEKS OF LAGGY STREAMING AND TRYING TO MICRO LATEGAME ON 15 FPS AND THIS WAS THE FIX FML GODDAMMIT. I was considering buying new PC!

If you have an extra computer laying around invest into a video card and use a 2 PC setup. They cost 100-200 bucks but still cheap
