WEEKS OF LAGGY STREAMING AND TRYING TO MICRO LATEGAME ON 15 FPS AND THIS WAS THE FIX FML GODDAMMIT. I was considering buying new PC!
OMFG THE NVIDIA CONTROL PANEL VSYNC FIX WORKED!? I tried it before and it made my fps even lower, randomly tried it again and its good. FML

ye try it again man, make sure you go fullscreen sc2, make the change, then close sc2 and re-open it and it should be good
