10-40, previously wouldn't drop below 60-70 even in lategame, usually hover closer to 100. Graphics card? 660ti

You could monitor your GPU With GPUZ (a free software) You'll see if your graphic card is overloaded or not ;)

yeah checked everything then re-tried vsync fix and it magically worked after weeks of torture. FML
