I'm down to 202.6 lbs with a goal to hit 199.9 before the New Year. I must remain disciplined...but three Xmas meals stand in my way.

also make sure to stack up with normal food before going on a sweet spree so you have less space for them ^^

a cheat meal is good for your metabolism, don't be afraid of it, just make it a cheat meal and not a cheat day or week
