@x5_PiG in RO1gas, why is getting an ovie at 33 after 3rd queen better than getting it at 31 and having less of a delay at 36?

I find even on seijong going ovie first, the queen arrives at 3rd hatch as it pops. Hatch is 71 sec, queen n ovie (36 + 18).
