Is American airlines decent? Same as Delta/United or better worse?

thankfully our long-haul 14-15 hour flights always seem to get better treatment than the domestic. Lucky us I guess

If you can afford it: Qantas, Air NZ and Virgin AU are all waaaay better than anything in the US (including Virgin US)
