PSA for anyone who's turned off the dailies due to being too long, they're now often about 20-25 minutes, Last 10-15m are question time.

maybe split the youtube vods to make this clearer, or is this counter productive in terms of effort vs result?

splitting vods doesn't work because the sequels won't show up as next video consistently hence massive dropoff in views
