They're still nerfed. But instead of 60% worse off vs corrupters they're now 40% worse off.

How does T deal with corrupter/viper/BL or Corrupter/ultra without libs working. The only solution i have is to just make 30 libs

ghost mega-turtle I guess. I don't know nerfing libs AA more than a slight amount seems drastic to me. 40% is hugee
