First run after 2 weeks of a cold that wouldn't get lost. Only 4.5km and a stretching session but everything feels liquid :D
@ShayneRarma I usually run to a set point from my house, stretch, and then run back. So hard to tell, I was very slow from unfit - 30 mins?

@x5_PiG 30minutes isn't too bad for 5km :) especially if you stop and stretch! My PB is just under 20 minutes.. -
@ShayneRarma oh I'm horribly unfit, I meant just the running part haha, the way back was dreadfully slow, 2 weeks just in bed/strim haha - Voir les réponses
