My favourite bug would have to be when I was playing Fallout 4. I was walking around with Dogmeat then got into a fight. After the fight I couldn't find Dogmeat Went third person he ended up stuck inside of my character. He had his head and legs coming from my characters chest

World of Warcraft, 2006. Going into the ruins of Ahn'Qiraj and we end up in a different group's copy of the instance. One of the bosses (giant beetle so double bug here) camps the entrance and shit goes off the rails
