Tried to play SC2 in fullscreen windowed mode and it felt like there was a lot of input lag and control felt bad. I checked windows and refresh rate is same as monitor normally is at. FPS is still really high 200+ - any ideas on what to check?

Are all of your monitors 144hz? Windows will only allow Starcraft to be 144hz windowed mode if all of your displays are the same refresh rate.
i was playing on 60hz before anyway rofl! Actually I just swapped to a 144hz like 5 minutes ago, elgato card still counts as a second display so I imagine I gotta stick with fullscreen mode
