it's such an overwhelming feeling of pain, frustration, sadness, guilt, hopelessness and regret. i can't even comprehend how i can get rid of this feeling. i have so much respect for people that can think even remotely clearly after loss streaks of extreme subpar performance

If it spirals far enough it's hard. But I focus on the first or second loss, the beginning of the tilt landslide. It always traces to a bad mindset from the beginning of the ladder session for me
