It's on other channels already, literally just double checked in another stream 30s ago to make sure it's still active so idk why they'd ban you for it
a big channel? If it's not a TOP streamer it will usually go under the radar. Would be the same for me, but since I already have a warning for "D" as an emote since that broke the rules I imagine having DICKS in flashing writing enabled would be worse...
