Actually, I think that amount of calories is pretty much also what fintess watches or a treadmill would tell you. And honestly, looking at how little time it takes to eat that amount of calories
compared to how much for burning them
- lets hope it‘s accurate

Do you have any pain or aches in any part of your body as a result of sitting a lot? Do you do any exercise to specifically counter the stress of sitting?

Sometimes a little. I hang a lot. Off a doorframe or pullup bar or whatever i can find if away from home. I do this most breaks on my stream even just for 10s. I climb most weeks, and feel much better when i stretch - which i haven't done regularly for a long time.

I am really impressed, especially by two things: 1. not giving up on a route like that, where you can easily cut short and go home 2. really pushing through at a not pace, which will give great results in 2 weeks if you keep it up

Thnx mate, just tried to stick to the nice footpath quiet streets. Once in the rhythm i feel like i can keep going endlessly cardio wise, just need to consition the legs and then maybe can try for a very slow marathon later this year :D
