I hate hitting long plateaus. I know its normal but this one is super long. Especially since I am still nowhere near fit. I live by "a bit better each day" but it just goes nowhere currently and it frustrates me. ;-; the way is long enough without being stuck. Also the workouts

are always insanely hard. I am sure I slacked a bit here and there but overall was still really good way. Depressing when the first month where so much better D:

You got this man! I still have a piece of paper on my wall where i tracked weight over a year and it's always up and down and was demotivating in the short term but the start to finish trend is a massive shift. Trust in the process and your own badassness. Keep killing it mate
