People always jump to this "get a lawyer if you have a real issue" and "make sure it's in the contract" - but that's a huge financial and time consuming strain. For any deal that isn't a crazy anount of money I'd always much rather shake hands with someone in plain english.

I agree. Power-abusers should learn that thanks to the internet power becomes more and more decentralized, so they gotta either evolve into better human beings or die economically. Most evil happens in darkness.
