People always jump to this "get a lawyer if you have a real issue" and "make sure it's in the contract" - but that's a huge financial and time consuming strain. For any deal that isn't a crazy anount of money I'd always much rather shake hands with someone in plain english.
Have some dot points in an email chain as a contract and rely on each others reputation holding us to our word. Integral to that sort of easy, CHILL dealing is ppl getting instantly called out so they become social pariahs. Good on you @Nerchio_SC2

Also in a "professional environment" like Mkers puports to be attempting to foster, players would have agents and a players union to take some of that time/$/stress off their shoulders. Also it'd be great if Blizz was involved in creating that infrastructure
Is Australia, you can often take someone to the tribunal before you progress with legal action... Depends what the disagreement is about.
This is just a personal anecdote, but the teams I've worked with who did NOT require contracts, have upheld their word better than the ones that did. Avant screwed me, even with a contract, SLCN was one of the best teams I've been on, all verbal agreements. @rezyn8 is a legend.
