I think for lategame pvz, Zest vs Reynor or Trap vs Serral on acropolis. I think it'd be interesting to look at a game of swarmhost nydus too - probably a solar vs stats game. ZvP Q: Reynor did some Lurker corr viper instead of broodlord corr viper. Thoughts? Which is better?

Zest vs soO on Acropolis from HSC. soO didn’t play amazing there, but it was essentially Zest sitting back after initial aggression for about 15 minutes. It seems to have flipped from the previous patch. It’s pretty much the only style I’ve encountered on the ladder recently.

That's not the case at all, was only one series (even serral vs showtime was different, much more dynamic), Protoss absolutely cannot sit back because with vipers and mass corruptors they'll constantly lose their units (like trap and zest did against serral/reynor).
