Today was a rough stream day where I kept rage queueing and got super emo. Gotta remember there's 3 solutions: 1) Take the time to digest those losses and slowly adapt and learn. 2) Start cheesing but take 5m to review the Book of Filth and choose what builds I'm working on FIRST

always amazed at how calming just taking 2 minutes from queue and then going into the replay to to just look at it can be. don't even need to be finding something exact but just the process of reviewing it helps my brain settle. wish I could force myself to do it more

going into your replay makes you lose a significant part of your audience though

1. doesnt have to be for very long 2. if youre talking while looking people will want to stay to listen 3. your own mental health is more important than your viewer fluctuation

I agree with your 3rd point. But most of them will leave as soon as you say "let's take a quick look at this game again".

I mean you just rewind immediately after the game is over and spend like 30 seconds to 1 minute looking at stuff and then go requeue. most wont even tell the difference. i agree you will lose some but i dont think its a significant more than the amount you lose between any game

More ppl will leave in the long run if you don't do it and become a negative angry person. The "i need to constantly play" or "i need to always be live" mentality has ALWAYS lost me viewers and support. Taking care of yourself and enjoying it always leads to more success
