A few months ago i started doing a few minutes of mindfulness meditation a few days a week. A key goal was to recognise my own thoughts and become aware of the constant internal chatter that i wasn't consciously registering. I haven't practiced in a while yet today 1/2
Was just for the duration of washing dishes previously and a few simple mini breathing/grounding exercises for 5-20 seconds randomly. Thinking of getting sam harris' app - recommendations?

I haven’t used it! I’ve just been setting a timer too or trying to be mindful. I did read 10 percent happier by dan Harris ( not Sam ) And I know they have a meditation app too
