it seems like every time I tell myself I'm going to go to bed earlier to fix my sleep schedule I end up going to bed even later

ill only get like 5 hours of sleep after having to wake up early for something but no matter what without fail by the time 11pm/12am comes around im always wide awake again and can go for another 5 hours
