I have a new student using mouse and foot-pedal to play (just using one hand) and I think this is probably the best method for them to learn, any thoughts?
Agreed, backspace makes the most sense. I'm guessing the mouse has a bunch of buttons, if not, this may be the right scenario for an MMO mouse. Having the stop function bound to something will help with wandering queens, though if it's done precisely and without shift...

good timing, creep spread and 1-2 extra queens (depending on bases) and even some running wont bother you. Master 1 EU. I didnt really change my mechanics since HotS. I still inject 4-5 bases within a second, no way you can do it with camera hotkeys.
And extra queens help with creep spread. Also the spacebar method works with shift, when you get to later game, you can queue more injects among bases with extra energy and then dont bother for a while.
I don't use this method anymore but I if hes using a mouse + pedal only then maybe binding space bar to the pedal so you can hold it down and cam rotates like crazy then having a side mouse button be bound to shift and just spam click?
I always felt like this inject style was a wild mans game and slamming them out fast was the efficient way to play it.
not sure.. if one can use location camera hotkeys on the board then i think the standard f-row method of injects is fine too, depends on amount of pedals.. guessing it's a razer naga style mouse too? hard to choose what goes where in this case
3 button pedal and naga. Yeah lots of priority decisions to make! Exciting to optimise
Is using Tobii or something similar an option? I guess those are very expensive and would have to be covered by health insurance or similar.
