Not happy mates. My FTTP 100/40 connection that never had problems until recently is having intermittent problems now. Even when it's running "well" it's gone down from 97/38 consistently for years down to this - disappointing

Inconsistent speeds, consistently across wired and wifi devices. Will only ever share wired speedtests or problems here.

If you are still having issues, check your end also. To rule out your router and any home networking or wiring, you can plug a pc directly into the NBN connection box and setup a new PPP connection in your internet settings
