I play it a lot but I think it's absolutely terrible
Assuming you spot it yeah? It has big weaknesses like all mindgame builds

No I never spot it until the banshee gets there but the banshee has to kill so much and the Terran just has like an all in push or they just have 0 momentum. You can have the whole map in creep before their first two medivacs

Yeah that's what i originally thought yet i see it work so much in KR, need to be good at transition which is super hard and most T can't pull off
