I've realised how important anger is as a part of my learning process. If i don't get a little mad/frustrated, I struggle to put in the effort to overcome each hurdle. Harnessing the rage is the tricky part, but is drastically easier with challenges I enjoy

I'm the exact same, I feel like I get too satisfied after a win, i just sit back and enjoy my dopamine hit instead of queing up. If I lose however i'm smashing that play button
Yeah man that's why its so dangerous winning every game for a few days before a tournament, so hard to not become complacent

This is true in many parts of life... Good lessons learnt from gaming. My business goes through peaks and troughs depending on how complacent I am. Discipline and focus is hard, but so important.
